How Long Data Is Kept

• Personal, payment, and participation data is kept only as long as needed for its original purpose, to meet legal requirements, or until you request it to be deleted.
• By default, payment and invoicing records (processed by ROOTSI ARCADIA Social Cooperative) may be stored for up to 7 years as required.
• Regular participation and correspondence data is usually kept for 3 years or until you request deletion.

 

Who Data May Be Shared With

• Payment information is shared only with secure payment processors (ROOTSI ARCADIA Social Cooperative).
• Email and communications are managed using Sender.net.
• Video sessions use Zoom or Google Meet, both GDPR-compliant.
• Course data may be processed through Smart Creator Press plugins, hosted securely.
• Usage analytics relies on trusted tools like Google Analytics.

Data is never sold or traded to outside companies for marketing! Your privacy is always respected.

 

User Rights Under GDPR

You have the right to:

• Access any personal data held about you
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Request deletion (“right to be forgotten”)
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Object to or restrict certain kinds of processing
